		<description>Hi Terry,
Yep it&#039;s all about proving to your list that you are a trustworthy and decent person. We do it offline so we follow a few simple steps and we can do it online.
I am also in Mark&#039;s course and he has seriously moved us ahead in leaps and bounds.
What we have realised since we joined his coaching is that people try and complicate this online business thing.
You are thinking outside of the box which is great and your writing flows well. I enjoyed reading your blog - it was easy to follow.
I am sure you are now backing your work up regularly. I know how you feel, we have felt that same terrible fear when we thought we had lost lots of work.
I would be very grateful if you would take the time to look at our blog and leave a comment.
We would really appreciate constructive feedback. Please tell us what you do like so we can do more of the same.
kindest regards

		<description>Hi Terry

Just read your blog about list building. This is what I tell my students all the time. Foster that relationship with your list.

Yes I am Mark Terrell and I am following my students as they post on other peoples blogs. They don&#039;t know that I am always checking to see they are getting results. I am passionate about helping them achieve and then they are able to make some money online exactly the same as I am doing. It is not really difficult as long as they are willing to put in the effort.

Keep up the good work.

Regards

Mark</description>

		<description>Hi Terry

Can&#039;t agree more. The relationship with the list is probably the most important part of building and maintaining your list. If you do not foster a good relationship and maintain contact with your list, you will lose them.

A little about me – My name is Sue McDonald and I am a student of Mark Terrell and I am actually going through the course a second time – by invitation. I love it and know if I do all he says, I know I will be successful. I am Australian but the US is my second home as I have family there and visit quite often. This is why I started Internet Marketing so I can travel whenever I want and have the money to do what I want.

Well I hope you are doing well and you become very successful. I would love you to come visit my blog and leave a comment.

Kind regards

		<description>Hi Terry,

You nailed in the last sentence “The money is in the relationship you have with your list” cannot be more true. Keep your subscribers happy by giving them quality content and they don&#039;t mind buying from you when you occasionally send a sales pitched letter.

BTW nice looking blog and wish you all the best for your coaching program
